Has anyone in the Yorkshire area got a Steve Ralph longbow? I'm thinking of getting one but would like to handle one before I buy if possible.
I don't live in Yorkshire (can't help you that way!) but I do have a Steve Ralphs longbow I use regularly and I couldn't recommend it enough. They are beautifully made (better than Bickerstaffe IMHO , shoot great and will last. I got mine 10 years ago and I'm still using it without any problems. He's a very easy going guy to deal with as well and will make the bow exactly to your needs.
Ah yes, that's what I meant... still a long way.I thought he lived in Norfolk!
