This has been a user, it is complete apart from the sheath, the British Army knife sheath will fit this well but the original scabbard can be ordered from Sterling supplies for not much money.
The pommel nut has been hand turned from titanium.
The blade could do with a polish but it is not necessary unless you wish it to look pretty.
The parts to build this knife and then grind the blank to an edge will cost a fair bit more, probably double, if not more.
