Hi Andy,

Really depends on what you want to spend? I have a Ben Orford Sloyd and a Svati Djarv (SP?!!!). Both high carbon steel and lovely to use. I also own the Frosts. The length of the Frosts had its advantages and disadvatages, also the narrow point is quite vulnerable. The first two were just right and have a smoother spine so after a few hours your fingers are not sore from pushing. Ben's came complete with shealth and lovely elm handle and can be made to order if you'd like it any different.

Start with the Mora Andy and a wee sak then see if you want to spend some more.

The frost 120 will do nicely with the 106 and look at the 105 which has the same blade as teh 106 but a different handle (not one that I like but you might)
