Hello all .....

I have been thinking about buying a sleeping bag and I was going to buy the down filled 58 pattern for £30 second hand.

Then I spotted this special offer at Argos

Colour is yuk..but with a home made inner and outer liner its seems ok.. getting one tomorrow....

I though maybe other low paid school technicians may consider one... :)

well the army one is around 4 season rating strong not very comfy but will last you years, also with the added benefit of a waterproof bottom.

the argos one will initially be more comfy but because of the price i would be suspicious of the quality of stitching and durability of the general bag.

for a standard 1 season down bag i would expect to pay more like £70 upwards
