I am trying to find out if anyone has some sinew for binding Flint knife blades an projectile points.

I've got plenty over the years by contacting a decent local abattoir and asking for leg sinews.
You might get a strange reaction at first but if you talk to someone who actually works inside with the livestock and rather then some desk staff and why you want them they should understand. I try to get horse sinews when possible as their the longest and probably stronger then catttle. They are far longer and cheaper then the deer leg sinew available online.

We can usually get hold of deer sinew but getting anything from the abattoirs these days is one of those not happening sort of things.
If you only want it to bind a knife then the dog chews, made from the sinew along the spine of ruminant grazers, is fine. Just soak it and it becomes like wet chamois. Cut to size, bind, and it shrinks as it dries.
