Something like this.
I took this pic part way through constructing it but you get the gist.
It doesn't require any cordage for the main construction as you wedge the 'v' shaped branches into place.
The only lashings used were for the bedding deck which you can see is half done.
This is just a lean-to but you can see how it's raised and adapt to make more permanent.
