I have one of these for sale in Olive green.
I am 46" chest and it fits comfortably over a jumper.
It has two badges attached to it which can be removed if you don't want to show your connection with BCUK.
It has been worn but has no worn spots, no holes and no burns. I guess it would be "very good" condition at least.
