paddling a loch

Had a wee paddle around Arisaig lochs and beaches. Stacks of seals following me, especially a wee one, 50cm long, that watched me swim at one beach and lie snoozing in my black shorty wetsuit. Me in the wetsuit maybe looking like a big seal ? Too windy to solo paddle out, so had to camp at a site, the Croft, no showers, just toilet and water.

Slightly different view, Eigg visible. today is totally different. There are plenty of beaches like these. Amazingly friendly seals, follwoingme about when paddling. Slow paddle movements are best. There were two folk kayak fishing from a sit-on-top, in the main channel. Back to school monday..........
