Rock pooling?

Hi all - any one been on a rock pooling foray recently? I've been waiting for a bit of decent weather to get out there but looks like I'm just going to have to crack on with it.

Did a bit at Arisiaig, near Morar. Was warm last weekend.

Wish I knew what sea weeds are edible.

Was introduced to some pools Friday on a fairly local fishing mark... Tons of prawns, edible brown, velvet, common crabs- small mullet to about 1lb (just nice to watch, mini torpedo's!) and various edible seaweeds and crustaceans.

Oh, and the odd chance lobster

Will be going out for a bimble very, very soon armed with a copy of 'edible seashore'

Wish I knew what sea weeds are edible.

I always thought they were all edible
