The Roadkill Chef
Tuesday, 9pm, BBC3

What's tastier - badger, squirrel, fox or hedgehog? Jamie Oliver's mushroom man Fergus Drennan brings his passion for roadside foraging into the mainstream.

Road Kill Cafe will feature professional forager Fergus Drennan, whose signature dishes include pan-boiled fox, squirrel stew and badger meatballs.

He will use the BBC3 programme to argue that cooking animals killed in the road is healthier than eating many processed supermarket meats.

In the show, made by Jamie Oliver's Fresh One Productions, Drennan visits the Kent town of Sandwich and persuades locals to join him for a roadside forage.

There has been a bit of discussion about this and I was under the impression that it wasn't showing until last quarter 2007. If I am reading the preceeding post correctly it's on tomorrow - is that right?
