Recipie ideas for cooking on a Muurikka

I've been having a search on the web and the forum for recipes for cooking on a Muurikka. I want to do more than just slap a steak on or fry bannock, eggs and bacon!
Has anyone got any top tips and ideas.

Try doing chinese stir fry or mexican fajitas on it Oh and welcome to the forum

I would have a look on line for one pot or pan fried recipes, but it depends on the size muurikka.

You could try stir fry, omelette's, curries, Thai, moussaka, paella etc etc

Thanks guys, seems so obvious now.. Some great ideas. Got the 58... So that I can cook for larger groups, Scouts & Cadets. More ideas always welcome.
