Re-handle tutorial?

Anyone direct me to a good tutorial (pics ands vids) of the best approach to removing and replacing scales on a full tang knife please?

Done a bit of "googling" but always check here first ;-)

Thanks for that. Going to remove the old oak handle and try and do my first one using yew. Hopefully, using nice loveless style bolts.
