Here is the description from the maker Ben Orfords site.

The “Craftsman” is a relatively new design for us and has evolved from our own experiences of carving and also through suggestions from fellow whittlers.
We wanted to develop a knife with a narrower blade to make craft work easier and make cutting curves in spoons and other craft projects a joy.
The “Craftsman” was born!
The Craftsman has a slender blade with the essential flat “Scandi” grind and a comfortable full size handle not too heavily shaped so that a multitude of different carving grasps can be used.
It is available in 2mm or 3mm steel with varying styles of sheath and handle material.
