Just got back from a 2week break in Wisconsin and Michigan. I didn't do much bushcrafting unfortunately.
Whilst I was in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan I found this company.

They are a small company making hunting knives. They seem well made and offer a custom made service. I couldn't resist buying one , a small fixed blade "Chub" with a laminated resin impregnated birch handle (on their website as Northwoods Chub). It is really beautiful and comes with a nice leather sheath. Cost was $80. I have frizzed a few fiesticks and it seems pretty good.
Has any one else come across these? The friend I was visiting is in to his hunting and said they had a good reputation with the hunting fraternity locally.
