BACK IN THE DISPLAY - WIDTHDRAWN FROM SALE
After a great deal of consideration, I'm now willing to part with this "Beast of a Bowie"!! Offered for your consideration is this Randal #12-11 Smithsonian Bowie knife. This is a mid-late 80's knife in 01 Steel. Spec's are OAL 16 1/4", Blade 11" long, 2 3/16" Wide and stock is 3/8". Top edge is also "sharp" not a flase edge. It comes with brass options, Brass hilt and butt cap with black and brass spacers. Dessert Ironwood "Commando" shaped handle. Come with original Randall sheath and unused pink sharpening stone.
The overall condition of this knife is great - in a un-used, un-sharpened condition. There are a couple of small carbon spots on the blade which I my mind dosn't detract from it's looks. The sheath shows signs of having had the knife in it (pic's) although this knife has been in my display for the last 6 years out of the sheath.
This really is a "Beast" and weighs just over 2lb!!!!!!!!
