Raised beds/vegetables/ treated wood

Does anyone have an thoughts or info on using treated wood for raised beds/ non treated wood/ ideas or solutions? Thanks in advance/ d x

Very old pressure treated wood is to be avoided (more than 20 years) as it had copper & arsenic in the treatment. More modern pressure treated is fine. Go as thick as you can because wood will rot. Non rotting materials (brick, plastic) can be useful.
