Quick release clipper thingy

Sorry don't know what these are called but I see plenty of people using them

The thing I am after is the quick release thing that people use with fire steels, pocket knives etc They look like small stainless steel plug and sockets

Ray had one in a recent episode , so they must be good

I don't do credit cards only cash so am looking for a stockist local or somebody on here who has some to sell

I am after 2

Look around, I think the last few I had were about 70p each, no need to pay more than a quid each to be honest.

I think they`re only about 85p from the Timson shoe repair shop I go to.

Sounds about right, I've got a few somewhere I'll give away if I can find the things as I don't use them to be honest. They are a bit like those gadgets you buy for the kitchen, seems like a good idea at the time

I was about to say the same thing; looks useful, a neat wee gadget, but they've just become clutter.

The one I use most is fitted to the centre loops on either side of my underquilt, so i can pull it round me and clip the middle together quickly to make a 'pod'
