This one is my own design, after teaching myself the bottle knot at last years Bushmoot, I got sick of carrying my Sigg bottle so I fashioned a sling (whilst listening to Mors).

As you can see, it's quite simple. The sling is long enough that the bottle rests on my hip and can be drunk from without taking it off.
The should strap is the now familiar cobra stitch/macrame knot. It's tied around the sling so that it can moved to where it is most comfortable.
The bottle knot itself. I whittled the toggle just to give it some more security, but it was pretty secure before I added it - especially when the bottle was full.
