Thats a pretty Steve - and less than I paid for ours :). On a practical note though the firebox is a bit on the small side don't you think? I assume thats the firebox on the left and oven on the right. I feed ours with 16" logs about a foot in diameter and leave them on a slow smoulder with the vents closed - makes for a great roasting temperature that way

Did you see this page about heirloom seed suppliers?

I didn't - and I shouldn't :eek:. I get very interested in new and unusual crops and open pollinated seeds are one of the best places to look.

I currently have two sets of seeds outside that need to stratify (freeze). If the weather doesn't get colder I think I'll have to bung them in one of the freezers for a few weeks!

Interesting things to try to germinate though - pignuts and sugar maples :cool:
