I was at Little Switzerland at the weekend.
It's relatively popular - you won't be alone, so not so good for camping out. But coastal foraging and fishing are definite goers. Lovely spot.
I park in the car park beside the East Cliff Pavilion and walk around the bottom of the pitch and putt course (next to the tennis courts) and then below the Martello tower you'll find a path way leading down the cliffs to a cracking little sandy beach. Lots of blackberries right now.
