Nowegian HELP needed

Hello all, need some help with regards to my trip to Norway next month.
I'd like to sort out a fishing license before i go due to arriving at midnight (grrr), not for salmon etc just coaurse fish. By all accounts you can purchase this over the internet but have been unable to find the website. Maybe it's not got an english translation?
The area i'm going to is the lake system east of Setermoen.
Any help from our Norwegian friends or those who know the area would be gratefully recieved as all this is causing me a little stress as otherwise it's all good

If you're looking for a specific website then my guesstimation might not be what's wanted
but I thought this looked like a possible search string:-

Thanks Jodie, the site's have sorted out any confusion, it would seem that the national fishing licence for salmon etc can be purchased via the internet, and at £20 a year thats a serious bargain compared to the uk version. The local one will have to be tracked down on arrival, looks like i'll be hanging around the airport till morning then and finding a shop. Glad i'm not arriving on sunday morning
