North downs

Did anybody have a overnighter in the north downs in kent the weekend.Only me and a friend did and had a great time but the thing is another friend thought he would see if he could find us in the morning. He found some bushcrafters but it was not us.He took a photo of two people in hammocks under a tarp, thinking it was us sleeping and left when he showed me the picture today i laughed and said not us mate lol So was it any of you???

How intriguing.
We often use the North Downs (up Blue Bell Hill, sort of behind Boxley).
But it wasn't us.
Interesting to know there's at least two other groups (yourselves plus the mystery hammockers) using that area. Mind you, we always go well off any paths so no one can see us.

I have been tempted to have an overnight there but not had chance yet. Seems like the place will be full of camps

i have camped on both the north and south downs, its great and plenty of out of the way places, wasnt me though lol

post the pic up though, smeone might recognise!

Yeh it's great the north downs.My friend has deleted the picture off his phone so cant put a piture up i'm affraid
