I watch the Log Hoppers on YouTube as entertainment and I can't get past the fact - like the primitive channels using diggers to create amazing places with a team - something doesn't sit right as anything more than entertainment.

I can't shake the feeling that they always look too polished and the video's look edited to a high standard?

Enjoy the content, but nagging feeling that the narrative and true situation seem too polished, my friend who rough slept certainly found kipping without harassment each night an issue.

Just wondering what others opinion is of their content and lifestyle channel?

I think they are partime sleeping in a tent and rest of time flexible office space or somewhere to stay.

My homeless mate was constantly moving and trying to avoid unsafe places and survive. The lack of stress, clean and tidy appearance and bandwidth to upload VIDEOS.

I'm beginning to think their channel is authentic as a sitcom.
I think they have tapped into a narrative that is appealing to those who romanticise the type of freedom.

I've noticed an uptick in 'nomadic life' sort of videos from people claiming to be homeless, I think it's having a bit of a boom in popularity at the moment as content. Some of them seem authentic, others less so.

It's very easy to film and upload videos even if homeless if you have a phone though, especially with so many free Wi-fi options and cheap SIM cards these days. Most mobile phone cameras, even for cheaper or older phones, will have a camera sufficient for 1080p videos.
