Here we have for sale a working metallic blue Nintendo DSi with charger and original box. Was bought as an Xmas present last year for my stepdaughter but she has now lost interest in it. It is in good used condition and has some marks but works perfectly fine. Will also include Mariokart DS but this doesn't have a box.

It's actually illegal, that's why the rule is in place.

Also, gifting Paypal gives the buyer no protection should something go wrong.
