If you consider a summercamp in the Netherlands with your scouts and you like to have it primitive then I know a nice campsite!

I am a ranger on 27 ha of woodland called "de Rendierhoeve", a scouting campsite in the southern part of the Netherlands, close to the city of Tilburg in the middle of the beautiful province of North Brabant. It has 10 campsites of different sizes and four campfire pits (the biggest can accomodate about 200 people).
Groupsizes can be as little as 2 to about 500. I said that it was primitive: there are only a few waterpumps (so no cabins, no showers, no toilets etc etc) and you have to bring your own Porta Potti. (no digging allowed!) If wished we can arrange one or more Dixi's for you. Help with activities like hikes are available on request.

Primitiveness comes with a price: only € 0,75 per person, per night. If you are interested feel free to contact me at: pe1pme(AT)xs4all.nl
