These have been around for decades, and are really quite nifty - the seal stops the fuel from evaporating. Ebay has hundreds of them for less than a couple of quid apiece.
I still have my original bright orange Survival Aids one from the early 80's.
I took my survival/essentials tin to the lakes with some family and friends and opened it for the first time in 20 years to show the kids what I'd put together back then at their age, it still fired straight up Charred the wick a little but worked fine.
