I've just noticed on Facebook that Joe O'Leary (Wilderness Survival School) has started a blog http://joeoleary1.blogspot.co.uk/2013/03/a-week-in-wilds-part-1.html
Those that follow on Facebook and read his articles in Bushcraft and Survival Skills will know that he does some good stuff, and coupled with his sense of humour, this will be required reading.

I seem to becoming Joe's unofficial blog PA but he's said, via social media and his e-newsletter, that in the quieter winter months he will start increasing his output. He's stuck up an Alpkit tarp review which looks impressive kit, and has said that he'll be posting some projects to build from scratch.

That's the problem with being a Mod too long....folks forget I'm a member too, and that post count of mine is mostly on open forum
