Neck Knives

Evening all


As I'm sure many of you know I help out with The Bushcraft Magazine, and this year I decided to make everyone involved (myself included) a small neck knife for their Christmas present. Each knife is etched with the magazine logo and their name.


The blades are made from 3mm O1 tool steel and have a wych elm handle. They have an attempted flat grind with secondary bevel and all have a veg tanned leather neck carry sheath.

I then tried a slightly different design, different belly for game prep and and flat edge blade (is this a sheeps foot??) These are handled with spalted elm burr.
