My first go at knife making

Not bad for first go, been fun making it. Need a sheath now, not sure about trying to make one.

Thanks beefy. The leather spacers are a bit dark at the moment, only coated it with danish oil 30mins before i took the pictures.

Yes feels nice in the hand, i shaped it as i went along so i got it the shape what feels good in my hand.
Walnut on the ends bob.

Only cost me 24 euros for the wood blade ect, and i got half the wood left for another knife now.

A tip for anyone who has a go at making a knife, if you find you need something to compress the handle when gluing a masticgun works good, cut a round bit of wood say 10mm thick, drill a few holes so blade fit in the middle, then the whole lot fits in the mastic gun lol do the same with a bit of wood the other end so end of tang doesnt push against the part of the gun what moves.
simple and easy and compress straight.
