mushrooms!

hi im new to foraging and have bought a few books on mushrooms went to belfairs wood today saw loads of wild fungi there but they could have been a couple of ones that are a no no! so left alone .Any one know of any courses i can attend to learn about mushroom picking in the essex area ish cheers any advise would be a help andy

Check the local papers for fungi walks.

There's usually one run by the likes of your local wildlife trusts or similar,give them a shout.

If not they've probably got a fungi expert in the club or know of one.
