The spore print was white

Definitely one of the Boletes. Not entirely sure which one though.

Not boletes as it has gills rather than tubes

Oh, it looked like tubes to me! A bit out of focus though, hence the difficulty with ID'ing pictures! Have you tried Rogers Mushrooms?
