Mora Rehandling

Hi guys
I read an article by Ben Orford in the bushcraft magazine I picked up about rehandling a mora, and I thought I might give it a try. Does anyone have any experience/tips on doing this?

There are some great threads on here about it regarding battoning off the old handle and replacing it with wood, check the search box with 'rehandling a mora' and you'll find loads, i was just reading them yesterday as i have an old mora bushcraft carbon steel and the urge to have a nice wooden handle on it

No probs, please post pics of what you do, when i get around to doing mine i'll post up a thread, i know before i read the threads on here i had a far more complex process in mind to get the old handle off

Here's one I done earlier!

Hultafors knives are pretty much identical to Mora's so the rehandling will be the same.
