im probably showing both how young i am and how ignorant i am here..

im currently looking at dutch ovens.. can someone tell me how much a quart is in pints and or liters (im a mixed up child)

Thanks!

it's quarter of a gallon tom which is 2 pints

4pints is 2.27litres from milk bottles

so 2pints is about 1.14liters. I expect lots of rounding errors in this but it gives you an idea

thanks guys.. there are apparently (according to joes link) 6 different quarts..
a german one an ancient hebrew one a UK one a US wet and a US dry one..?

As an aside, google is useful for this kind of conversion.

Try typing:

1 uk gallon in us pints

or

200 metres in furlongs

as search terms, and see what you get :)
