The older jumbo don't, but I think some of the newer ones do. I've got an old one from say 2007 which has got a loop to secure it to a belt, still my go bag for edc.

you got some pics in use please, how much room do they have, and do the newer ones have a waist/ belt loop. i want shoulder primerily but also a waist secondly, the one in the link is waist with leg belts.
