I bought this new about 12 months ago and haven't really used it, maybe once or twice for light chopping if that.
It's been sat at home for a while and has a few marks (possibly some kind of rust) on the blade, other than that it's in great condition. I have never sharpened it, and it's not really sharp to be honest, but I have never used a file to sharpen a blade and don't want to mess it up.
The scabbard and file are all included as shown below. Not sure what I'm after, so open to all offers in the same price region.
