arrived blunt so i sharpened it (a few scratches on blade from the sharpening, should micromesh out no problem), and have only used it for one day helping a friend move house.

a mora lapplander blade that i handled myself in American black walnut with red fibre liners (not the best and not the worst handle job ive ever seen).
never been carried, used or even cut paper.

next up, is a ariabian style dagger and sheath i was given about 15 years ago, carbon steel with a patina that should be able to micro mesh up beautifully,with some sort of horn handle, and the very pointy blade is roughly about 8.5 inches long. was told by the guy i got it off that his brother got it in egypt in the 70s.

a Bark River patch knife, Prototype for the main run, and long discontinued, this is probably your only chance to get hold of one of these in the uk. this is well used and sharpened, and would probably do with another sharpen as altough fairly sharp already there is a tiny nick on the blade near the belly, but would sharpen out no probs. makes a very good neck knife or small sheath knife.
