start of another neck knife... this time slightly larger 3 finger grip....

second neck knife (top) ground to shape with first grind on the bevel, little more 200 grit and will be ready for heat treat...

little more progress today, top one has been successfully heat treated and tempered, middle one is ready for heat treat and the bottom one is almost ready for heat treat...

had a few hic ups with tempering 3 different makes of file here but sorted now... getting the exact right temper is not easy! heres my progress so far...

Recieved my new neck knife thanks to mark 117.

It's a thing of beauty I absolutely love it. He also supplied me with the fire steel I just threw a bit of cord round it for this weekends over nighter.
