Before dusk, just a short walk around a local favourite wood. With my Wildfire HTC Android apps - I was using C Geo Geocaching, Critter Browser ID animals, Sundroid to check exact sunset time.
Perfect singletrack, I normally MTB here.
The Pipistrelle bats have still been eating well, lots of bat poo sign. All over the the ground directly below the boxes and further too. (Although not sure about this as it was white ? - boxes were closed apart froma small 15mm slot across the base).
Lots of branches have been brought down by heavy snow.
Evidence of ground dwellers, probably field mice. Re-digging their entrance holes.
