Light my fire regular size rod diameter

Hi All,

A custom maker asked me what would the diameter of the ferro rod I am going to use, so he could make the kydex holder. I am planning to get a standard size Light My Fire ferro rod but as I do not have any yet, I do not know the exact diameter of the rod. There are some sized I managed to dig up from the websites but I am not quite sure if they are referring to ferro rod diameter. I do not want to specify a wrong size and not being able to use the holder.

Does any of you have the answer for that?

My LMF Scout is 6mm diameter, my LMF Army is 8mm diameter.
