I'm concerned that I have not received the above item as yet. If you posted it last week, it should have been delivered by now. Another parcel, posted in Hampshire last night, arrived here this morning therefore I would have expected to have had your parcel delivered yesterday at some point.. Can you confirm details of the postage please.
