So I want to start making leather projects (knife , axe sheaths and etc) What are the basic tool needs that I will need the ones that without what you can't do it ?
I can get high quality leather, bees wax and rivets where I live and also I have a rivet punching tool.
I want the edge trimmer and the wooden burnisher do I need something more ?

Greensand Ridge
Leather knife suited to patten cutting.
Awl
Needles X2
Pricking iron (harness) or stitching wheel. (Albeit I can't believe I've just written the latter!)
Steel ruler
Dividers/compass.

Be sparing with use of rivets. They are intended to strengthen key stress areas and are not a substitute for well thought out and executed stitching.
