There's possibly some interest in folding knives on BUK, so thought I'd show one of my favourite patterns - the Lanny's Clip
This is a stout slipjoint, developed by the wonderful Tony Bose from USA, and as a traditional pattern folder, a potentially really nice back-up blade when out n about in the green stuff
I always carry mine in a horizontal pouch on the belt and it means it's still pretty easy to access, yet remains fairly discrete on the person and doesn't get bashed t' bits by keys and coins if you had it in your pocket.
One is a lockback, and I'd guess some of you may find safer to use.
Now have six of them, some don't get used, have to confess...
Due to the very good ergonomics, curling the little finger in acts as a good stop if you're using it in a vigorous thrusting manner
