Just back from a fantastic few days filming a mini-series on Scottish foods for BBC2's "Landward" with Nick Nairn, to be aired over 3 episodes in May. Had some great craic with Nick and the crew and got to visit the new Nick Nairn Cook School in Aberdeen which is opening this month - it's very impressive
