I finished my sheath yesterday. I made it a youtube project and likely should of left it as a non video project because it took away some of the focus that should have been on the job at hand. I'm still happy with it but it would have been a bit better if I didn't have the camera out.

Nice but I prefer to have the back open as you wont cut your fingers if you wrap sheath with your hand and pull it out ( a problem with et wooden std sheaths if they split some times)

Very cool indeed sir.... I have my set up for a quick deployment but yours is a work of art. How do you finish your cut ends?

do you mean the webbing belt

its jsut a 500mm piece of 25 or 32mm with the cut end heat sealed

I make special slotted bracket in 3mm kydex and just weave it in and out so its fully adjustable

like this one on the left (right hand is the old bodging way)
