Kids opinels

I’m looking for a couple of the kids opinels in stainless ( you know, the ones with the blunt tip) but every company I’ve contacted either doesn’t stock them or hasn’t even heard of them.

So does anybody know of a supplier?

Then again I suppose I could always just get the normal ones and grind off the tip ( and it does then give me an excuse to get the grinder out)

At the Wilderness gathering they were on sale by Islay Birding. Very good company and value for money.

They sell the rounded tip Opinel as well as others.

Not that I am biased or anything but i do come from the Western isles as well.

The only place I've seen them is eBay, and they're more expensive than the other link.

We got some for our Cubs, but they were brought back from Europe by somone for us for peanuts. I've been looking for as good a price ever since.
