Kent group June Outing - Weekend in the woods

So, announcing the BCUK Kent group's first weekend outing. This is a chance to practice skills, enjoy good company round the fire, and experience a beautiful Kentish woodland in early summer. While the meetup runs from 1700 on the Friday 13th, until around lunchtime on the 15th, you can turn up for as little, or as much as you wish. You don't have to stay over if you don't want to.

Exact coordinates will be given out at the pub meet on the 10th.

For planning purposes, and to put you in the ball park:

Date: 13th-15th June
Time: 1900 RV. Distance from RV to basecamp is about 0.5km, if you want to arrive at other times, let me know and I'll arrange to either meet you, or give you a more exact grid ref.
Exfil: Sunday around lunch time.
Grid Ref: TR03 (yes that is a 2 fig reference, a 10km x 10km patch)
Nearest station: Ham Street (Hourly services to/from Ashford International and Hastings/Rye.)
Nearest bus route: 125/127 to/from Ashford - Stop codes: kntdpajm, kntdpajp, Buses approx every 2 hours on Friday/Saturday. Unfortunately this is East Kent and thus buses do not exist on Sundays...
Terrain: Mixed Broad-leaf Woodland.
Parking: Available, at your own risk.
Water: There is a stream, but would not consider it drinking water. Bring your own.[1]
Sanitation: Every tree is a lavatortree... instruction manual...
Rubbish: Please take home all your rubbish. Leave no trace practices are encouraged.
Fires: Responsible ground fires permitted, will have a shared communal fire, try to keep number of fires to a minimum.

See you all Tuesday 10th, then again the following weekend.

Hello Julia,
We spoke a while back about my little group of friends from London.
I told them about your Kent Bushcrafters group and they were very excited.
Is there any possibility that we might join you on your weekend trip?
If there is we would be very grateful. There is one issue though. I am currently
not in the UK and could not make it to the pub meeting on the 10th.
So if there's room for up to 4 people more then I would be very grateful if you
could let me know. Thanks very much and hope to hear from you.
