Kellam Knives query

I believe kellam-knives is an american company that get their knives made in the traditional way in finland and then exported to them..... Stuart runs the UK side of things as there was quite a demand here (and still is) for their blades.

I tell everyone that I meet about the site. I even managed to get a couple of home made BCUK t-shirts so I could be a walking bill board at the BLADE Show. :-D

Kellam knives was started by a finnish Guy who married an american and emigrated out to the US.
he then started importing finnish knives into the US under the name kellam knives
I bought a wolverine of him and was so amazed at the quality that i decided I wanted to bring them into the UK, And so i became the sole distributer of kellam knives in the UK
I put the BCUK cards in with every knife as i want as many people as possible to know about bushcraftUK and i figure if your buying a puukko your probably going to be intrested in bushcraft
its also worth mentioning that Kellamknives UK has changed its name to:
THE TRADING POST
we will of course continue importing knives from finnland but we have also come across some other intresting stuff that will be going up on the site over the coming year
the www.kellamknives.co.uk is still working though and will redirect you the www.thetradingpost.co.uk
