Improvised hanger

Years and years back @Mesquite mentioned to me that a burdock stem when dry could make a handy hanger.
Today after the umpteenth time of chipping some mud in my empty cup and saying don't stand on the cup to my 1:1 I decided twas time to remedy this issue and the Burdock technique came to mind.

No more booting my mug across the forest floor

George was the one who told me about them ... I have two big ones in my work room for hanging dyed leather on to dry/ airing damp kit when I get back from the woods/any other hanging needs :)
I did use a couple at work in the Iron Age kitchen for hanging up stuff - including the iron bakestones! Those stems is TOUGH!
