Possibly a stamp of some kind featuring possibly a bind rune

I've no idea what the letters in the link mean I'm afraid. I did a reverse image search on the image @TeeDee posted and that was the closest I could find to it.
Tried looking at Hebrew/Asian characters and symbols but no luck.

It appears to be some sort of banking seal.
valued on that site as $15-$20

certainly an interesting item, I'd guess it was for wax seals on certificates etc.
