I love spring

I was out this weekend. The sun was shining, birds were singing and woods were springing - into life.
This is the wood where our pheasant pen is housed. As you can tell it's an old wood and the carpet of bluebells in spring is just beauitiful. These pictures were taken 50 yds apart so you can see there's a fair few plants there !

Spring is definitely my favourite time of year, with all the sun we've been having I was afraid we'd jumped straight into Summer and everything would suffer for it so am thankful for the rain that we've now got.
